Our job is to make you look as best as you can in front of the lenders.  We contact them via mail, email, and through the online registration forms to make sure they have all of the information requested.

We are very systematic (a personal flaw of mine), but we are extremely professional and thorough.  If we see super structured...we hope you forgive us...and appreciate that it is only because we want to give you the best results possible.

Please read the instructions and follow step by step....

1.  Get Your List!

Option One:  If you are a member of the REO Renegades Program, you already have a list.  If you are not a member, you will want to get registered with them.

***This is the list we work with the most and have seen great results from it.  Because the "Top Secret List" that you get is a benefit of membership to their program, we will only register with this list if you are able to provide confirmation that you are a member.

Option Two:  If you don't want to join the REO Renegades program, no problem.  You can create your own list and send it to us to register you with.  Just be sure to have the lenders name and website listed and we will do all the rest!

2.  Decide on the lenders that you want to be registered with.

You have the option of being registered with either lenders who (a) give BPO's and lenders that have BPO and REO's or (b) lenders who have BPO's that lead to REO's.

If you are new the REO game, it is best to register with both REO and BPO companies so that you get better experience under your belt.

3.  Get on the Schedule.

We work on a very tight schedule so that we can best service all of the agents that we work with.  If you are a new client, you must first purchase the registration program and you will automatically be added to the next opening.

Scheduling is prioritized in this manner:
1. Repeat Clients
    (on the calendar usually within 24 hours)
2. New Clients who are in the REO Renegades program
    (on the calendar usually within 24 - 48 hours)
3.  New Clients with their own list
    (on the calendar usually within 4 business days)

This is the form that we will use to complete the registration.  No lenders ever see this, so feel free to add comments as you wish.  This is the form that will give us all of the information that the lenders are looking for.  It is really important that you set aside 30 minutes and put time into making sure you answer all questions correctly.

5.   Put together all of your documentation

RESUME, LICENSE, ZIP CODES, E & O, W-9

6.   Email all of your information to jerri@virtuallyachieved.com

We will review your documents and make any suggestions that will improve your image to the lenders.  Once we get your okay, we will get started!

The process takes about 3 - 4 days to complete.
