So
you are ready to increase your business and you
think that REO
listings are the way to go? Well, you are on the right
track! You

First, let me tell you that WE are not a Real Estate
professionals. We
are however, experts at Virtual Administrative services, which includes

We realize that agents who spend time performing administrative tasks
like registering and following up with lenders across the country are

So, "where do I start?" is the first question.
The simple answer is this, "get yourself an REO lender list"...but not
just any list.
Look, there are companies out there that offer lists including
hundreds...even thousands of lenders long. The problem, is
that
they
are not qualified lists, and you end up spending tons of time sorting
them all out. Again...wasting your time!
My clients have had very good ... or maybe even great success with this

You are, of course, free to use whomever your heart desires...and we
will register you with any list that you bring to us...but based on our
experience, this guy (Frank Patrick) is the best! You don't
only
get a
list from him...but you get TONS of great advice, tele-seminars,
newsletters...the works! Plus we offer a discount to those

program...it is just really easy for us to work with.
Once you have your list, we will need to schedule a call to review your
resume, experience, etc. so that we get the BEST information to the
lenders. This call is typically 15 - 20 minutes long.
Then, we get started. Registration typically takes 3-4 days
to
complete (we are very thorough!)
Once, we are complete, we will send you a final document with all of
your logins, passwords, and confirmations in a nice neat file.
The REO business is booming right now and is growing more and more by
the minute. Don't spend your valuable marketing and selling
time
on
completing this type of administrative work. Leave this to
the
