The simple answer is this, "get yourself an REO lender list"...but not just any list.

Look, there are companies out there that offer lists including hundreds...even thousands of lenders long. The problem, is that they are not qualified lists, and you end up spending tons of time sorting them all out. Again...wasting your time!

You are, of course, free to use whomever your heart desires...and we will register you with any list that you bring to us...but based on our experience, this guy (Frank Patrick) is the best! Once you have your list, we will need to schedule a call to review your resume, experience, etc. so that we get the BEST information to the lenders. This call is typically 15 - 20 minutes long.

Then, we get started. Registration typically takes 3-4 days to complete (we are very thorough!)

Once, we are complete, we will send you a final document with all of your logins, passwords, and confirmations in a nice neat file.
