1. All quotes and rates are agreed upon in writing prior to work beginning.
2. Virtually Achieved will provide bids on an hourly basis for the project.
3. All clients are required to make an advanced deposit for blocks of hours, with a minimum of 10 hours to begin. Rates are determined by the number of hours purchased. You may review these rates by clicking here.
4. Clients may purchase their blocks of time online by visiting our rates page. You may also completed a credit card agreement form (found here) in which case we will be happy to charge your card for your retainers as an added service to you.
5. Because we work strictly with advance deposits, please be sure to purchase new blocks as soon as you are alerted that your time has expired, so that your projects are not interupted due to non-payment. Any retainer unused at the end of each month can be carried over to the next month however, retainers are non-refundable.
6. We do not round our hours. We only charge you for the exact number of minutes that we work. We punch in and out and record each "clock-in" so that at any point we can give you an up to date number of hours. A copy of this report is give to you as you near the end of your purchased block. We are also happy to provide it to you upon request at any time.
7. Projects which require a rush or after business hours availability are subject to rate +50%. For billing purposes, normal business hours are considered to be between 8AM EST and 5 PM PST. We may complete work outide of these normal hours. You are only charged the addtional rate if you have required this project to be completed outside of the normal business hours.

10. Normally, if any training of a Virtual Assistant is necessary, it will be provided for free by us and the client will not be charged for it. If it is found that extensive training is required is needed to
complete a project, we may decline the project or negotiate fresh terms.
11. We provide all necessary supplies and equipment to complete most projects. All actual project-related expenses on items like CDs, floppy disks, stationery, postage, and faxes will be billed to the client at cost, unless otherwise agreed.
12. All phone appointments are billiable. Any consultation calls which are scheduled and confirmed will be billed. If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, you must cancel 24 hours prior or you will be billed at your contracted hourly rate.
13. Phone consultations are billed by the hour. Because we schedule appointments every hour, please note that all scheduled phone appointments must end 10 minutes prior to our next call, so that we can properly prepare for our next call.
14. Prior to any work beginning, a completed contract must be signed and payment received. For the protection and clarity of both parties, We do not make any exeptions to this rule.
15. Our team rocks and we know it! Please do not contact anyone on the team for projects outside of Virtually Achieved. Our team believes in a transparent relationship and will wave a big red flag if this happens. In turn, we may decide to terminate our relationship at that point.
16. Hopefully this is never the case...but we have to mention: In the event that legal action is needed to collect past balances, you agree that it will be handled in the State Courts of Georgia, Cobb County. You also agree that this shall be the exclusive venue for any such action and that you shall not contest the jurisdiction of the foregoing court over you. You also agree to all reasonable legal fees required in order to settle the matter.
